Sand and Play.. to the moon...

This week reception is learning about space and air transportation. To follow our theme we mixed sand, flour and paint to make the moon ground and made craters using water bottles caps. we then created our outer space environment and played with astronauts, aliens and space ships.  It was a lot of fun !

Here are some highlights of our Arts and crafts ECA yesterday.

The students are already making big efforts to control the way they move their crayon or pencil over the page. Trying to stay within the lines of a coloring picture is another expression of the same learning impulse. We had lots of fun!

ECA Garden Club

Hi All,

Over the last few weeks, we have seen many changes in our garden, our plants have grown and some have died. However this has all been a great learning curve for them and how we have to take care of the plants and nurture them.

We have also been helping out in the Garden and keeping things tidy and neat for people to enjoy.

Last week some of us tried our first batch of chillies, just a little taste for those who like chilli.

Here are some highlights of what we have been up to:

Best wishes
