This week the children learned about Valentines Day and how people celebrate it. We talked about giving Valentine day cards to our friends and family.
The children then made a raccoon using hearts for his eyes, ears and mouth. They did an excellent job placing the hearts upside down, on their sides and the right way up to suit their raccoon's face.
