Making animal masks using different textures

This week, the Sensory club kids really wanted to make animal masks. They were provided with various materials of different textures. They were allowed to feel all the textures and decide what animal mask they wanted to make. This week the kids did all the work! They cut the material and pasted everything by themselves - it is great to see them being so independent and creative!

Pleng - "I want to do baby chicken".
Uss wanted to make a sheep but it was a yellow sheep!
 Oh - "I make a yucky butterfly"
Lucy wasn't sure what she wanted to make but in the end decided it was going to be a spider.

Ally - "I want to make a beautiful sheep!"

 Lewis - "I make lion".

Minnie - "I want to make sheep".

Totem made a lovely sheep as well!
Arin made a chicken and cut the beak himself!
