This week, both Kindergarten and Reception are reading books linked to trees and forests. So, I decided to let the Sensory Club kids explore the environment a little. First, we walked around the play ground talking about trees and then we picked up leaves for our activity.
Upstairs, the kids made their very own leaf crowns. They had a lot of fun doing this! It helped the kids to be creative when painting and allowed them to enhance their control when pasting the leaves. In the end, the kids loved wearing their crowns and role playing!
