We are going on a bear hunt...

Today we learned about the story of 'The Bear Hunt'. We sang the Bear Hunt song and learned about the story. We then learned about the different types of bears and painted all of them!

ECA: Sand and Play

Today for our ECA sand and Play we revisited the different containers, tubes, cones and spoons we can use to fill various objects. By revisiting an activity we already have done and by adding more tools and various sizes and shapes, children get to learn and deepen their understanding of the concept of capacity. 

If I use a cup instead of a spoon would it be easier to fill up the bottle? 

What if I use a tiny spoon? 

Would it take me more time to fill up the bottle? 

But would I be more precised in each of my movement?
